AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Heritage Special Community Benefit District
FOR the purpose of establishing the Heritage Special Community Benefit District;
establishing the purposes of the District and the manner of assessment for the
District; and designating a civic or community association to administer the
expenditures of the District.
BY renumbering:
Article 6, § 2-104(m-l) to be § 2-104(m-2); and § 2-106(b)(l) through (4) to be
§ 2-106(b)(2) through (5), respectively
