AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Zoning
FOR the purpose of repealing "Article 28 Zoning" and adding a new article to the
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended) to be designated and known as
"Article 27 Zoning"; revising, restating, and recodifying certain laws of Anne
Arundel County relating to zoning; defining certain terms; providing for the
construction and application of this Ordinance; making this Ordinance subject
to a certain contingency; renaming certain maps; and generally relating to
zoning.
BY repealing:
Article 28 Zoning in its entirety
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)
BY adding:
Article 27 Zoning, §§ 27-1-101 through 27-18-101
