AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Allotment and Allocation of Water and Wastewater Capacity
FOR the purpose of revising the law relating to allotment and allocation of water and
wastewater capacity; providing for allocation and for the charges and fees to be
paid for allocation; providing for certain agreements with developers regarding
allocation; establishing a certain committee to administer allotments; defining
certain terms; amending and conforming certain provisions regarding payment
of capital facility connection charges: and generally relating to allotment and
allocation of water and wastewater capacity.
BY repealing:
Article 6. § 5-208(f) and (g)(3) and 5-208.1(f)(4); and Article 25, §§ 25-5-401
through 25-5-412 and the subtitle, "Subtitle 4. Allocation of Water and
Wastewater Capacity" (as amended by Bill No. 63-04)

FOR the purpose of altering certain service charges for water and wastewater;
providing for the setting of certain service charges by the County Executive in
accordance with certain provisions beginning at a certain time; and providing
for the setting of charges by the County Council under certain circumstances.
