AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Subdivision and Development
FOR the purpose of repealing "Article 26 Subdivisions" and adding a new article to
the Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended) to be designated and known
as "Article 26 Subdivision and Development"; revising, restating, and
recodifying certain laws of Anne Arundel County relating to subdivision and
development; defining certain terms; providing for the construction and
application of this Ordinance; making this Ordinance subject to a certain
contingency; and generally relating to subdivision and development.
BY repealing:
Article 26 Subdivision in its entirety
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)
BY adding:
Article 26 Subdivision and Development, §§ 26-1-101 through 26-10-101

BY repealing:
Article 15 titled "Facilities for Handicapped Individuals" in its entirety; Article
