AN ACT CONCERNING Revisions to Sections 18:1-19 D. (2) (a) and E. (2) (a)
(1) of Chapter 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County, Maryland
(1996 Ed.) ("the Code") to clarify the Floor Area Ratio and Impervious Surface Ratio of
Institutional Uses in the Neighborhood Conservation (NC) Zoning District.
FOR THE PURPOSE of clarifying that the Floor Area Ratio and Impervious
Surface Ratios provided in the affected sections apply to all institutional and all
institutional residential uses.
BY AMENDING Sections 18:1-19 D. (2) (a) and E. (2) (a) (1) of the Code.

AN ACT CONCERNING the Establishment of the Homestead Credit
Percentage for Purposes of the Homestead Property Tax Credit under Section 9-105
of the Tax-Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland Effective July 1, 2006;
FOR THE PURPOSE of setting the Homestead Credit Percentage for purposes
of the Homestead Property Tax Credit at 105% effective July 1, 2006;
BY ADDING a new Section 5-10A to Chapter 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Queen Anne's County, Maryland (1996 Ed.) to be entitled Homestead Property Tax
Credit.

Ordinance No. 05-04
AN ACT CONCERNING the Repeal and Readoption of the Queen Anne's County
Public Ethics Ordinance, Chapter 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's
County.
FOR THE PURPOSE of revising and updating the Queen Anne's County Public
Ethics Ordinance; providing for an Ethics Commission, providing for the application
of the Ethics Ordinance to certain officials, employees and members of boards and
commissions; providing for exemptions; providing for membership terms, removal
from office, vacancies and meetings of the Ethics Commission; providing for the
administration, duties and authorities of such Commission; providing regulations on
conflicts of interest, gifts, financial disclosure and lobbying; providing for enforcement
and penalties for violation of the Public Ethics Ordinance; and generally providing for
new regulations regarding Public Ethics in Queen Anne's County.
BY REPEALING AND READOPTING WITH AMENDMENTS Chapter 8 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County (1996 Ed.).
