AN ACT CONCERNING an Amendment to Section 18:1-19 D.(l) (a) of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County (1996 Ed.) ("the Code") Respecting the
Calculation of Maximum Residential Density in the Neighborhood Conservation (NC)
Zoning District;
FOR THE PURPOSE of exempting subdivision applications filed between
January 17, 2004 and December 31, 2004 from the maximum residential density
calculations otherwise applicable to subdivisions in the Neighborhood Conservation
(NC) Zoning District and providing an alternative calculation of maximum residential
density for such subdivisions.
