McCormick-Goodhart Mansion to be used as the CASA
Multi-Cultural Service Center, located in Langley Park.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of in kind contributions (Prince George's County)............ 300,000
(BI) College Park City Hall. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$400,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Mayor and City Council of the City of College Park for the design
and engineering of a new City Hall for the City of College Park,
located in College Park (Prince George's County)......................... 400,000
(BJ) Colmar Manor Municipal Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $75,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Colmar
Manor for the planning, design, and construction of the Colmar
Manor Municipal Center, located in Colmar Manor (Prince
George's County).............................................................................. 75,000
(BK) Concord Historic Site. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission for
the design, repair, and renovation of the Concord Historic Site,
located in Capitol Heights, subject to a requirement that the
grantee grant and convey a historic easement to the Maryland
Historical Trust (Prince George's County)..................................... 100,000
(BL) DeMatha Catholic High School Streetscape. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $75,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Trustees of DeMatha
Catholic High School, Inc. for the construction of a renovated
streetscape and a parking lot in front of DeMatha Catholic High
School on Route 1, located in Hyattsville (Prince George's
County)............................................................................................. 75,000
(BM) Family Life & Wellness Intergenerational Center. Provide a
grant equal to the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of the Richard
Allen Community Development Corporation for the planning
and design of the Family Life and Wellness Intergenerational
Center, located in Bowie. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this
Act, the matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of this
Act (Prince George's County).......................................................... 100,000
(BN) Forest Heights Municipal Building. Provide a grant of $150,000
to the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Forest Heights for
the repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of
the Forest Heights Municipal Building, located in Forest
Heights (Prince George's County)................................................... 150,000
