equal to the lesser of (i) $125,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Trustees of Sandy
Spring Museum, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and
capital equipping of the Sandy Spring Museum Library and
Archives, located in Sandy Spring. Notwithstanding Section
1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of in kind
contributions or funds expended prior to the effective date of this
Act (Montgomery County)............................................................... 125,000
(BD) Takoma Park Community Learning Center. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Mayor and City Council of
Takoma Park for the planning, design, and construction of a
building to serve as a community learning center, located in
Takoma Park. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of this
Act (Montgomery County)............................................................... 250,000
(BE) Uncle Tom's Cabin. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission for
the planning and design, including a historic structure report
and interpretive plan, of the historic preservation of and public
access to Uncle Tom's Cabin, located in Rockville, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey a historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of real
property, in kind contributions, or funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Montgomery County)............................. 50,000
(BF) Wheaton Multi-Service Youth Facility. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $350,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Victory Youth Center, Inc.
for the planning, design and demolition of existing buildings
and related site work, development, construction, and capital
equipping of a multi-service youth facility, located in Wheaton
(Montgomery County)...................................................................... 350,000
(BG) YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of YMCA Metropolitan
Washington, Inc. for the planning, design, construction,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of handicap
accessible improvements to the YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase
facility, located in Bethesda (Montgomery County)...................... 50,000
(BH) CASA Multi-Cultural Service Center. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $300,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of CASA of Maryland, Inc.
