Maryland, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair,
renovation, and capital equipping of additional space, and the
installation of new fire and smoke detection systems, at The
Jubilee Community Service Center, located in Kensington
(Montgomery County)...................................................................... 75,000
(AX) Montrose Center for Children and Families. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of the
Reginald S. Lourie Center for Infants and Young Children, Inc.
for the repair, renovation, and capital equipping of the Montrose
Center for Children and Families, located in Rockville
(Montgomery County)...................................................................... 100,000
(AY) Olney Boys and Girls Club Community Park. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $200,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of the Olney
Boys and Girls Community Sports Association, Inc. for the
planning, design, construction, repair, renovation,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of improvements to the
Olney Boys and Girls Club Community Park, located in Olney,
subject to a requirement that the grantee grant and convey a
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
consist of in kind contributions, or funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Montgomery County)............................. 200,000
(AZ) Our House Youth Home. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of Our House Youth Home, Inc. for the
construction and capital equipping of a new dormitory at Our
House Youth Home, located in Olney, subject to a requirement
that the grantee grant and convey a historic easement to the
Maryland Historical Trust (Montgomery County)........................ 250,000
(BA) Poolesville Town Hall. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Commissioners of the Town of Poolesville for the planning,
design, construction, and capital equipping of the Poolesville
Town Hall, located in Poolesville (Montgomery County)............. 150,000
(BB) Rockville Community Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $125,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided,
to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Rockville for the
design, construction, and capital equipping of the Rockville
Community Center, located in Rockville (Montgomery County).. 125,000
(BC) Sandy Spring Museum Library and Archives. Provide a grant
