construction, and capital equipping of the North Laurel
Community Center, located in Laurel (Howard County)............. 300,000
(AR) Chesapeake Fields' Millington Project. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Trustees of the Chesapeake Fields
Institute for the acquisition of 83 acres of farmland to build an
agricultural/visitor center and business park, located in
Millington. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of in kind contributions or funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Kent County)..... 100,000
(AS) Blair Baseball Field Improvements. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Maryland Community
Baseball, Inc. for the planning, design, repair, renovation,
construction of improvements, and capital equipping of the Blair
Baseball Field, located in Silver Spring. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Montgomery
County)............................................................................................. 50,000
(AT) Gaithersburg Olde Towne Youth Center. Provide a grant equal
to the lesser of (i) $150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching
fund provided, to the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Gaithersburg for the planning, design, and construction of the
Gaithersburg Olde Towne Youth Center, located in Gaithersburg
(Montgomery County)...................................................................... 150,000
(AU) Glen Echo Park. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
County Executive and County Council of Montgomery County for
the planning, design, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and
capital equipping of improvements to various buildings and
structures, including the Chautauqua Tower, at Glen Echo
Park, located in Montgomery County (Montgomery County)....... 100,000
(AV) Historic Takoma. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$125,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Directors of Historic Takoma, Inc. for the acquisition,
planning, design, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital
equipping of a building to serve as a museum for Historic
Takoma, including office and meeting space and facilities to
house Historic Takoma's collection of photographs and artifacts,
located in Takoma Park. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this
Act, the matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of this
Act (Montgomery County)............................................................... 125,000
(AW) Jubilee Association of Maryland. Provide a grant equal to the
