to the Board of Directors of the Potomac Heights Mutual Home
Owners' Association, Inc. for the planning, design, repair,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Potomac
Heights housing complex, including installation of a stormwater
management system, located in Potomac Heights (Charles
County)............................................................................................. 50,000
(AN) Dorchester County Family YMCA. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Dorchester County
Family YMCA, Inc. for the planning, design, construction,
repair, renovation, reconstruction, expansion, and capital
equipping of the Dorchester County Family YMCA, located in
Cambridge. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of this
Act (Dorchester County).................................................................. 200,000
(AO) Adventure Sports Center International. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Adventure Sports Center,
Inc. for the design, construction, and capital equipping of the
headquarters of Adventure Sports Center, Inc. a Whitewater
recirculating course, the Adventure Sports Museum, and the
Whitewater Hall of Fame, located on Marsh Mountain in
Garrett County (Garrett County).................................................... 250,000
(AP) Living Farm Heritage Museum. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Howard County
Antique Farm Machinery Club, Inc. for the planning, design,
construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital
equipping of the Living Farm Heritage Museum, located in West
Friendship. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of this
Act (Howard County)...................................................................... 150,000
(AQ) North Laurel Community Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $300,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the County Executive and County Council of
Howard County for the planning, design, site preparation,
