equal to the lesser of (i) $240,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of the Latin
American Youth Center, Inc. for the planning, design, repair,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of a former
elementary school building to be converted into the University
Community Partnership Center, located in Riverdale.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of real property, in kind contributions, or funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Prince George's
County)............................................................................................ 240,000
(CD) Walker Mill Day Care Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Walker Mill
Community Development Corporation for the planning, design,
construction, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping
of a day care center, located in Capitol Heights.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of real property or in kind contributions (Prince
George's County)............................................................................. 100,000
(CE) White Rose Foundation Service Center. Provide a grant of
$375,000 to the Board of Directors of the White Rose
Foundation, Inc. for the acquisition, repair, renovation, and
capital equipping of a service center for the White Rose
Foundation, located in Upper Marlboro (Prince George's
County)............................................................................................ 375,000
(CF) Chesapeake Marine Trades School. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Chester Bridge
Foundation, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and
capital equipping of a workforce training facility for the marine
trades, recreational boating, and commercial maritime
industries at the Chesapeake Marine Trades School to be
located in Stevensville. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this
Act, the matching fund may consist of in kind contributions or
funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Queen
Anne's County)................................................................................ 100,000
(CG) Agricultural and Civic Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $20,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Somerset County
Agricultural and Civic Center, Inc. for the repair, renovation,
and reconstruction of the Somerset County Agricultural and
Civic Center, located in Princess Anne (Somerset County)........ 20,000
(CH) Hospice House. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$125,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Directors of St. Mary's Hospital of St. Mary's
