(BW) Historic Laurel Mill Ruins. Provide a grant of $50,000 to the
Patuxent River Commission and the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Laurel for the repair, stabilization, and
reconstruction of the Historic Laurel Mill Ruins, located in
Laurel (Prince George's County).................................................... 50,000
(BX) Lake Arbor Foundation. Provide a grant of $50,000 to the Lake
Arbor Foundation, Inc. for the repair, renovation,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of The Arbor Room and
related facilities, located in Mitchellville (Prince George's
County)............................................................................................ 50,000
(BY) Laurel Boys and Girls Club. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided,
to the Board of Directors of Laurel Boys and Girls Club, Inc. for
the design, planning, reconstruction, renovation, and capital
equipping of the Laurel Boys and Girls Club, located in Laurel,
subject to a requirement that the grantee grant and convey a
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust-
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of real property or funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Prince George's County)...................... 50,000
(BZ) Laurel Senior Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission
for the acquisition, planning, design, construction, and capital
equipping of a facility to house the Laurel Senior Center,
located in Laurel. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property or in kind
contributions (Prince George's County)......................................... 150,000
(CA) New Revival Center for Renewal. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the County Executive and County Council of Prince
George's County for the acquisition of land for the New Revival
Center for Renewal, located in Capitol Heights (Prince George's
County)............................................................................................ 100,000
(CB) Ridgely Rosenwald School. Provide a grant of $120,000 to the
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission
and the County Executive and County Council of Prince
George's County for the acquisition, relocation, restoration,
repair and renovation of the Ridgely Rosenwald School, located
in Capitol Heights (Prince George's County)................................ 120,000
(CC) University Community Partnership Center. Provide a grant
