County, Inc. for the planning, design, acquisition, construction,
and capital equipping of the St. Mary's County Hospice House,
located in Callaway. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act,
the matching fund may consist of real property or in kind
contributions (St. Mary's County)................................................. 125,000
(CI) St. Clement's Island Lighthouse. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $125,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of St. Clement's Hundred,
Inc. for the planning, design, and construction of a lighthouse
that replicates the former St. Clement's Island Lighthouse, to
be located near the original site at St. Clement's Island State
Park. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching
fund may consist of in kind contributions or funds expended
prior to the effective date of this Act (St. Mary's County).......... 125,000
(CJ) Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Governors of the Chesapeake Bay
Maritime Museum, Inc. for the planning, design, construction,
repair, and capital equipping of improvements to the
Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, including the replacement
of the bulkhead along the perimeter of the Museum campus,
located in St. Michaels. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this
Act, the matching fund may consist of real property (Talbot
County)............................................................................................ 50,000
(CK) Discovery Station at Hagerstown. Provide a grant of $50,000 to
the Board of Directors of the Discovery Station at Hagerstown,
Inc. for the construction of exhibits and renovation of the
Discovery Station at Hagerstown site, located in Hagerstown,
subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a
matching fund of $30,000. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this
Act, the matching fund may consist of in kind contributions or
funds expended prior to the effective date of this Act
(Washington County)...................................................................... 50,000
(CL) Hagerstown Police Athletic League Equipment. Provide a grant
of $50,000 to the Board of Directors of the Hagerstown Police
Athletic League, Inc. for the acquisition of weightlifting and
other athletic equipment for the Hagerstown Police Athletic
League, located in Hagerstown, subject to a requirement that
the grantee provide and expend a matching fund of $15,000
(Washington County)...................................................................... 50,000
(CM) Rural Heritage Transportation Museum. Provide a grant equal
to the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching
fund provided, to the Board of Directors of the Washington
County Agricultural Education Center, Inc. for the planning,
design, construction, and capital equipping of the Rural
