(BJ) Montgomery Village Foundation. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Montgomery Village
Foundation, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of
improvements to the Lake Whetstone facilities, located in

(BK) Montrose Center for Children and Families. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the
