Olney Boys and Girls Club Community Park, located in Olney,
subject to a requirement that the grantee grant and convey a
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust-
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of in kind contributions, or funds expended prior to

(BM) Sandy Spring Museum Library and Archives. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $75,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Trustees of Sandy
Spring Museum, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and

Archives, located in Sandy Spring. Notwithstanding Section
1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of

(BN) Takoma Park Community Learning Center. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $100,000 $110,000 or (ii) the amount of

Takoma Park. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of

renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of
handicap-accessible improvements to the YMCA
Bethesda-Chevy Chase facility, located in Bethesda
