may consist of real property or funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Montgomery County)........................... 50,000
(BB) Circle Manor. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $150,000
or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the Mayor
and Town Council of the Town of Kensington and the County
Executive and County Council of Montgomery County for the
acquisition of Circle Manor, located in Kensington, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey a historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Montgomery
County)............................................................................................ 150,000
(BC) Easter Seals Inter-Generational Center. Provide a grant equal
to the lesser of (i) $200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching
fund provided, to the Board of Directors of Easter Seals Greater
Washington-Baltimore Region, Inc. for the construction of the
Easter Seals Inter-Generational Center, located in Silver
Spring. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching
fund may consist of real property (Montgomery County)............ 200.000
(BD) Gaithersburg Olde Towne Youth Center. Provide a grant equal
to the lesser of (i) $275,000 $150,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Gaithersburg for the planning, design, and construction
of the Gaithersburg Olde Towne Youth Center, located in
Gaithersburg (Montgomery County)............................................. 275.000

(BE) Glen Echo Park. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$375,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the County Executive and County Council of Montgomery
County for the planning, design, repair, renovation,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of improvements to
various buildings and structures, including the Chautauqua
Tower, at Glen Echo Park, located in Montgomery County
(Montgomery County) ..................................................................... 375.000
(BF) Historic Takoma. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$75,000 $85,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Historic Takoma, Inc. for
the acquisition, planning, design, repair, renovation,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of a building to serve as a
museum for Historic Takoma, including office and meeting
space and facilities to house Historic Takoma's collection of
photographs and artifacts, located in Takoma Park-
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of real property, in kind contributions, or funds
