lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Baltimore
for the repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping
of the Waxter Center for Senior Citizens, located in Baltimore
City. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching
fund may consist of funds expended prior to the effective date of
this Act (Baltimore City)................................................................ 250,000
(L) La Vale Boulevard Area Storm Drain System. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of County Commissioners
of Allegany County for the planning, design, construction, and
capital equipping of the storm drain system for the La Vale
Boulevard area, located in La Vale (Allegany County)............... 100,000
(M) Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Conference and Visitors
Bureau. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii)
the amount of the matching fund provided, to the Board of
Directors of the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County
Conference and Visitors Bureau, Inc. for the planning, design.
construction, renovation, and reconstruction of the Annapolis
and Anne Arundel County Conference and Visitors Bureau
Center, located in Annapolis, subject to a requirement that the
grantee grant and convey a historic easement to the Maryland
Historical Trust. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
fund may consist of real property (Anne Arundel County)......... 250,000
(N) Chesapeake Children's Museum. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $115,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Chesapeake Children's
Museum, Inc. for the planning, design, construction,
installation, and capital equipping of an owl habitat, roof-top
observation deck, and elevator and for the repair, renovation,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of the multipurpose room
at the Chesapeake Children's Museum, located in Annapolis.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of in kind contributions (Anne Arundel County)..... 115,000
(O) Hancock's Resolution Visitor Center. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Friends of Hancock's
Resolution, Inc. for the planning and design of a new visitor
center at Hancock's Resolution, located in Pasadena, subject to
a requirement that the grantee grant and convey a historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of real
property (Anne Arundel County)................................................... 100,000
(P) Opportunity Builders. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$585,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
