lesser of (i) $200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of GS Housing, Inc. for the
planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of an
assisted living facility for low-income individuals, to be located
on the campus of The Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore
City (Baltimore City)...................................................................... 200,000
(R) Baltimore Clayworks. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Board of Trustees of Baltimore Clayworks, Inc. for the planning,
design, construction, capital equipping, and installation of an
elevator and community and multipurpose rooms, and the
repair, renovation, and reconstruction of upgrades to the
plumbing, electrical, and roofing systems of Baltimore
Clayworks, Inc., located in Baltimore City, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey a historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of in
kind contributions (Baltimore City) ............................................. 50,000
(S) Coppin State University Lutheran Hospital Site Demolition.
Provide a grant of $250,000 to the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore for the demolition of certain buildings at the old
Lutheran Hospital site, located in Baltimore City, subject to a
requirement that the grantee grant and convey a historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust (Baltimore City)..... 250,000
(T) Dorothy M. Higgins Community Center. Provide a grant equal
to the lesser of (i) $25,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching
fund provided, to the Board of Directors of the New Christian
Community Development Corporation for the acquisition,
planning, design, renovation, reconstruction and capital
equipping of the new Dorothy M. Higgins Community Center,
located in Baltimore City. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this
Act, the matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, and funds expended prior to the effective date of
this Act (Baltimore City)................................................................ 25,000
(U) Forest Park Senior Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of
