(2) The annual salary of each of the associate members of the board is:
(I) [$35,000] $39,000 for calendar year [2002] 2006;

(III) [$37,000] $41,000 for calendar year [2004] 2008; and
(IV) [$38,000] $42,000 for calendar year [2005] 2009 and each

(c) Each commissioner may be reimbursed up to an annual total of $2,000, for
any reasonable costs incurred by the commissioner in carrying out the functions of the
office.

(c) (1) The County Treasurer of Calvert County shall receive an annual
salary of:
(i) [$44,000] $46,875 for calendar year [2002] 2006
(ii) [$44,500] $48,250 for calendar year [2003] 2007
(iii) [$45,000] $49,625 for calendar year [2004] 2008; and
(iv) [$45,500] $51,000 for calendar year [2005] 2009 and each
subsequent calendar year.
Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings

(f) (1) The Sheriff of Calvert County shall receive an annual salary of:
(i) [$57,000] $78,000 for calendar year [2002] 2006;
(ii) [$59,500] $81,000 for calendar year [2003] 2007;
(iii) [$62,000] $84,000 for calendar year [2004] 2008; and
(iv) [$64,500] $87,000 for calendar year [2005] 2009 and each
subsequent calendar year.

(f) (1) Each of the judges of the Court for Calvert County shall receive as
annual compensation the sum of:
