SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 5 - Calvert County
2-101.
(a) Five county commissioners comprise the Board of County Commissioners
of Calvert County.
(b) (1) The annual salary of the president of the board is:
(I) [$37,500] $41,500 for calendar year [2002] 2006
(II) [$38,500] $42,500 for calendar year [2003] 2007
(III) [$39,500] $43,500 for calendar year [2004] 2008; and
