Ch. 255                                    2006 LAWS OF MARYLAND 5-7B-01. (d) (1) "Growth-related project" means only the items set forth below: (v) except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection,
procurement or funding of projects by the Department of General Services for: 1.       leases of property by the State governed by §§ 4-318
through 4-321 of this article; AND 2.       public improvements governed by [§§ 4-410 and 4-410.1]
§ 4-410.1 of this article; and 3. land acquisition governed by §§ 4-411 through 4—416 of
this article. 7-306. (a) This section applies only to [the following: (1)     Morgan State University; and (2)]   St. Mary's College of Maryland.
11-101. (1) "Primary procurement units" means; (1)    the State Treasurer; (2)    the Department of Budget and Management; (3)    the Department of General Services; (4)    the Department of Transportation; (5)     the University System of Maryland; (6)     the Maryland Port Commission: (7)     the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services: [and] (8)    the Morgan State University; AND (9)     THE ST. MARY'S COLLEGE OF MARYLAND.
11-203. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, this Division II does
not apply to: (1) procurement by; (i) the Blind Industries and Services of Maryland; (ii) the Maryland State Arts Council, for the support of the arts; - 1484 -
