       Originall bounds of a Tract of Land called Taylors Folley doth on
       his Interrogation say that he being with John Taylor the originall
       taker of the said Land up who did Informe this Depon.t that is
       to say by shewing the first bounded Tree and this Deponent
       saith that it was a bounded Redd oake and that it stood by the
       bay side and as near as this Depon.t cann tell where there
       is now a new bounded redd oake proved by the oath of James
       Pattison & further this depon.t saith not

       Maryland fs S.t Marys County November y.e 22.d 1712

             In Pursuance to a Comission out of the honble High
       Court of Chancery for the Province afd to us underneath written bearing
       date the 11.th die Octob.r 1712      In obedience to the said Comission
       according have Mett on the Land in the possession of John Dansey Esq
       formerly Escheated and some time in the possession of John Mann having
       called what Evidences the said John Dansey Esq Desired and haveing
       taken their Corporall oaths upon the holy Evangelists on the said Land
       declare as followeth

              The Deposition of John Fosieg Aged seventy three years or thereabouts
       Having taken his oath on the holy Evangelist and doth
       Declare that John Bayley sold John Warren about thirty five or
       thirty six years agoe but seventy five Acres of Land and that the
       said John Warren lived upon one hundred and fifty Acres of Land which
