       and that one the year 1709 in the Month of May in the River of Gambo in Geney
       was shipped on Board by John Snow Govern.r of the Said Place Elephants Teeth
       in quantity Betwixt fourteen & seventeen kendles of Choice Teeth upon his
       owne Account and Resque and for the same James Frisby Comander of the Shipp
       Young Margarett tooke them on board and tooke ^gave^ Bills of Lading for the same
       and was Consigned to the Said James Frisby in Maryland and he was to putt them
       on board of any Man of Warr and Consigne them to the Said Snows Correspondance
       in England which teeth went home in the South Sea Casell Mann of Warr John
       Roberts Comander and was Landed at Shearness near the River of Thames in
       England and was brought home to Perregrine Brownes house and was
       disposed on by the said Browne  And this Deponent further saith he was
       surgeon on board the shipp young Margarett and kept a Journall of the Transactions
       in referrence to her Loading &c.a  And that said Cap.t Browne required this
       Deponent to fetch the said Teeth from on board of said Mann of Warr  And
       this Depon.t afterwards saw the Said Teeth Exposed to sayle by by him and
       knows them to have been sold by him   But this Depon.t cannot Justly
       Remember the precise quantity  And this Depon.t further saith not

       thereof Humbly Certifye to the honble Chancell.r of Maryland as by the same
