       Affirmed that then he the said Nicholas shall not pay all Costs Charges 
       and Damages which have accrued and shall accrue on the Decree
       aforesaid and also on the affirmation of the same


                Dennis Kerney upon his petition to sue in forma paupris ag.t
       the Widdow of Dennis Dwane ^being Read^ is admitted accordingly  And M.r
       Wornell Huntt and M.r W Bladen assigned his Councill
