833 Att a Court of Chancery held the Third Day of June Annoq Dni 1712 Present Edward Lloyd Esq President The honble Col William Holland & Samuel Young Esq M.r Thomas Macnemara produceing to the Court her Majestys Order in Councill dated at Windsor the day of 1711 To restore him to his practice in the Several Courts of this province which being Read it is ordered in obedience thereto that the said Thomas Macnemara be restored to his practice in this Court pursuant to the said order Afterwards to wit the same day M.r Attorney Generall Represented to the Court that M.r Thomas Macnemara lyes under an Indictment found by the Grand Jury of the province for attempting to Bugger a Certain Benj.a Allen on the day of Anno Dni 1710 It is therefore thought Improper that the said Thomas Macnemara lying under such an Imputation should be continued to practice as an attorney in this Court but that he be suspended untill such time as he acquitts himself of that Crime M.r Nicholas Lowe Anthony Ivy and William Round come into Court and acknowledges themselves Joyntly and severally to be held and firmly bound unto Alexander Forbes his Ex.rs and Adm.rs in the full and Just Sum of Twenty thousand pounds of Tobacco to be levyed of their and every of their goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements to the use of the Said Alexander Forbes his Ex.rs or Adm.rs in case if it shall so happen that the Decree upon which the said Nicholas has brought his Bill of review now Depending shall be by this Court |
