       Considerable time after he did prevayle with this Defend.t being
       much Streightened in his Circumstances to give him the said Col
       Hynson a Receipt therefore which this Defend.t was unwillingly
       obliged to do  All which is true in such manner and forme as herein
       is sett forth as this Defend.t doubts not but to make appear
       Wherefore he humbly prays to be hence dismist with his reasonable
       Costs and Charges by the means of the Compl.ts Agents unjustly
       Imposed on him   Whereupon Edward Lloyd Esq President & keep.r

       sentence and Decree that John Atkey pay to Benjamine Braines the
       sum of six thousand three hundred and thirty five pounds of Tobacco
       decreed to be paid unto as also the sum of three thousand six hundred &

       Norwood of Ann Arundell County about the year of our Lord God 1701 lay
