       the Compl.ts pretentions would take above 120 acres thereof from this Defd.ts
       Just Right and Title and for which he hath honestly and truely paid as above
       mentioned  And this Defend denyeth all unfair practice artifice and amusem.t
       to the said Jury at the barr or Elce where to pswade them to anything Concerning
       the bounds of the said Lands Contrary to Law But Contrary wase the said Jury
       did bring in their Verdict for this Defend.t according to Law Equity & good
       Conscience without that that &c.a

                   Which said Bill answ.r and Depositions being Read and the partys
       by each of their attorneys being fully heard and the Matters on both sides
       debate  It is ordered by the honble Edward Loyd Esq presid.t and keeper of
       the Great Seale that the said Christopher Vernon the Defend.t be dismissed
       from the Bill of Compl.t afd and that the said John Hall Esq the Compl.t
       pay unto the said Christopher Vernon all his Reasonable Costs and Charges
       by him in Defending the action laid out and Expended
