       when to be paid how much of the purchase money did there rem.a
       to be paid by him or any other person to his knowledge at the
       time of your orat.rs Fathers decease how much thereof did he pay
       since his decease to whom and how much does still remain to be paid
       by him or the said Charles Carroll to his knowledge and that the said
       William and John may sett forth how much of the said purchase money
       was paid to the widdow and Adm.rx of the said Edward dureing her
       life or the said John Adm.r since her decease and by whom what sum
       originally to be paid to the said Edward by the said William & Charles
       or any other person for the purchase of said houses and Lotts & on what
       days and times was the same Conditioned to be paid and that the said
       John Israel may be set forth what remains in his hands of the said
       Edward to be Adm.rs whether he hath duly and truely adm.rd all that
       came to his hands of the personall Estate of the said Edward and
       what Debts of said Edwards still remains to be paid and that the said
       William Bladen may sett forth and declare whether at the time he
       promised to accept yo.r orat.rs Fathers Noate on him there was not
       money then due from him and how much to your said orat.rs father
       and that your orat.r may be decreed the said money in the hand of
       the said William Bladen who he prays may be Enjoyned not to
       pay the same to the said John Israel untill a Decree be made in
       the premises or otherwise your orat.r be releived against the said
       Israel if already paid him by the said William Wherefore the said
       Samuel prays Sup.a &c.a

           And the said John Israel saith that he hath heard and does believe
       that Col Edward Dorsey in the Bill mentioned being possessed of the
       Severall Lotts and houses in the Towne of Annapolis in the Year &
       on or about the sixth day of Nov.r 1695 by Indenture by partite
       Conveyed the same to John Dorsey Gent in Trust for the Use of severall
       of his Children their heires and assignes in the said Deed mentioned reserving
