       of Robert Hagors and Running thence West and by South fifty four
       Perches to a bounded Hickory on a hill side thence South by East
       sixty perches to a bounded Redd oake on a plain thence East by
       North fifty four perches to a bounded Hickory on a plain thence
       Twenty acres more or less Valued at one pound Sterl and under the
       Yearly Rent of two Shillings Sterl money a Year to which as

       Thomas Jenifer John Broome and William Young of the County afd or any
       two of us to Examin Evidences on the holy Evangelist touching the bounds
       of a Certain Tract of Land Called Hard Travell originally surveyed for one
       William Harbert and valentine Huddlestone &c.a
