       of Robert Hagors and Running thence West and by South fifty four
       Perches to a bounded Hickory on a hill side thence South by East
       sixty perches to a bounded Redd oake on a plain thence East by
       North fifty four perches to a bounded Hickory on a plain thence
       Twenty acres more or less Valued at one pound Sterl and under the
