       Evidences touch the bounds of a Certain Tract of Land Called Westwood
       Lodge in the abovesaid County

                         In Obedience thereunto wee mett on the Land and
       have hereunto anext with the abovesaid Comission all such
       Evidences as was by the person Concerned Produced as Wittness
       our hands and Seales this 16.th day of Jan.ry 1710/11

       The Deposition of James White aged sixty seaven years or thereabouts
       who Declares upon the holy Evangelist that about thirty five years
       agoe he was a Serv.t to M.r Rich.d Edlen Sen.r and further the Dep.t
       saith that the poplar Tree where he now stands it being a Small
       Distance to the South of the Said Edlens house and near a Little branch
       was allways deputed by the Depon.ts Master to be the bounded Tree
       between him and a Certain Tract of Land Called Westwood Lodge and
       further the Depon.t Saith that his said Master Cleare a peice of Ground
       within the Limitts of the Said Bounded Tree upon which he thought
       he had Comited a Trespass upon the Said Westwood Lodge  And further
       the Depon.t saith not                                             his
