       Sume of Eighty thowsand pounds of tobacco which they accordingly
       did and bound themselves Jointly & Severally in y.e Said Sume on
       this Condicon hereunder written that if y.e Said Def.ts should pay
       or Cause to be payd unto y.e Orphan of Coll.o John Price & Joseph
       Bullet the Sume of Twenty thowsand Five hundred and
       Fifty pounds of tobacco and all Catle Hoggs & other goods
       according to y.e Acco.t afore Rented according to y.e Tenor & effect
       of y.e said Price with or to Returne y.e Same to y.e Court when
       they should be thereunto Lawfully Called and y.e Said
       Defd.ts further Sayd that by virtue of y.e Said Order they did
       make Division of y.e Said Estate & Stocke of Cattle & hoggs and
       One Fourth part thereof the Said Daniell Clocker tooke
       into his Custody and possession & y.e other three parts were in
       the possion of y.e other Defd.ts and they were Ready to be
       accountable for y.e Same and pay & deliver togeather with
       y.e Said twenty thowsand five hundred & Fifty pounds of tob
       due to y.e Orphant Ann for her p.t according to y.e Said
       Bond as also to Deliv.r upp y.e Reall Estate Soe bequeathed
       to y.e Said Orphant Ann att her Age of eighteene Years
       unto y.e Said Comp.lts Richard & Ann who they Say are
       lawfully Married and of Sufficient y.rs to mannage y.e
       Said Estate themselves or to doe any other Legall Act
       for the Investing y.e Said Comp.lt in their Said Estate as
       this Hono.ble Court should direct Soe as y.e Said Defd.ts
       and every of them might be Legally Discharged of
       their trust and be for ever hereafter ptected
       Indempnified & Saved harmlesse by y.e decree of this Court
       against their bond without which decree they
       humbly Conceived it would not be Safe for them to
       Doe The Same not being to Come to y.e Said Ann till
       her Age of eighteene Years and in Case of her death
       before that time ^y.e s.d estate^ being by will otherwise Limitted &
       appointed or if this Court should not think fitt to take
       the Said Estate out of their hands till her arrivall to y.e
       Said Age of Eightene Years shee being now but Sixteene
       years old they were & should be willing out of y.e said Estate
       to allow y.e Comp.lts such Reasonable allowance for y.e
       Mayntenance of y.e Said Ann since her Marriage and till shee
       Come to eightene Years of Age as this Court shall allow
