       Search amongst the Records of Prince Georges County afs.d
       found the inrollment of Deed from Charles Calvert Son and
       heire to the said William Calvert whereby the very same
       percell of Land soe as aforesaid Conveyed to the said James
       Heath is made over in fee from the said Charles to Richard
       Calvert which gives the said James Heath great distrust and
       Mishapprehension that the said James Neale had not perfect
       Title from the said William Calvert or any other driveing under
       him and Consequently that the said James Heaths title from
       the said Charles Edgerton and Mary his wife might be defective
       but soe it was y.t the said James Heath wuld not by any Law
       try the vallidity of his Title with the said Richard Calvert
       who drove his Title under the heire at Law of the said W.m
       Calvert the Originall Pattentee for y.t the said Richard nor the
       said James Heath was in Actuall possession of the said Land
       the same being possessed by a Nation of Indians who by some
       publick Act of State and Goverment upon Amity and Friendshipp
       settled Betweene the English and them were to Enjoy the same
       dureing theire residence thereon after they desert it to be possesed
       and a enjoyed by such as drove a legall Title under the Originall
       pattentee soe that the said James Heath could not try at Law
       the Vallidity of his Title with the said Richard Calvert to the said
       Land untill the said Nation of Indians removed their settlements
       thence which might not happen for many Yeares to come and
       it being of very ill Consequence to the said James Heath and
       his heires to have the vallidity of his title to the said Land kept
       in such suspence and being only remediable in this Honoble
       Court therein before us where the said parties under whome
       he drove may be Compelled soe to cleare the title as to have
       made it past dispute in time to come or in Case they could
       not doe the same to have made the said James Heath
       sattisfaccon and recompence for the defect thereof  To all
       which he the said James Neale made answ.r as followeth That
       William Calvert Esq.r Deceased by Deed w.ch bore date the 20.th
       day of December 1681 duely Executed or intended to Grant
