       y.e place where y.e former boûnded Tree Stood (according to y.e Evidence)
       now Stands a Bounded pine which Some of y.e Evidences ûpon their Oaths
       doe Say was boûnded by y.e order of Cap.t James Mûrphey & M.r Hûgh
       Sherwood at y.e Examination of y.e former Evidences  We fûrther Certifie
       y.t it Appears y.t in y.e Depositions taken by Cap.t James Mûrphey
       and M.r Hûgh Sherwood this Tract of Land being Called Wyats
       point in Stead of Wades point mûst be a Mistake in them for
       it Appears by y.e Evidences now Examined to be y.e Same Land and
       by pattent Called Wades point  Given ûnder oûr hands and Seals at
