       The Deposit of Christian Swornister of Calv.t County in y.e
       pvince of Maryland aged 14 years or thereabouts on y.e holy
Evangelist saith y.t on y.e 17 day of Sept.r in y.e year of our L.d 1705
this Dept see Jn.o Rye of Calv.t County (late of Dor.r County) in y.e province
afd sign seal & deliver a generall Receipt for y.e use of his son
Cha Rye & farther saith not

       The Deposit of Tho Huton of Calv.t County aged 62 years
       or thereabouts on y.e holy Evangelists saith y.t sometime in July
       in y.e year of our Lord 1705 he heard John Rye of Calv.t County (&
       late of Dorc.r County) in y.e pvince of Maryland say he had sold his Land
       lying in Dorc.r County in y.e pvince afd to his son Cha Rye & y.t some
       time afterwards to wit y.e 17.° day of Sept.r 1705 y.e s.d Dep.t see y.e s.d
       Jn.o Rye signe seal & deliver a generall Receipt for y.e use of

tob untill y.e s.d Smith shall make over to y.e s.d Forbes a good title to y.e
Land in y.e bill mentioned with y.e stock of Cattle &c  And y.t y.e s.d Forbes
shall pay only Pportionably for so much of y.e Land & Cattle &c as
shall be made over & conveyed to him & be allowed for what
he has paid allready in part for y.e same according to y.e afd state of
y.e acc.t  And y.t y.e 3 Receipts of farther paym.ts of y.e same be
alledged in y.e Chancery office
