       y.e Land is Bath & The Addition of Bath in Dorc.r
       County Also Comiss.n to Jam Heigh of Calv.t County to
       prove a full & gen.ll Receipt & Discharge passed from y.e
       s.d Father to y.e s.d Cha y.e son & y.e Depositions thereupon
       are Returned & Filed in y.e Chanc.ry Office as followeth

viz.t            June 8 1706
       The Deposit of Pet.r Taylor of Dorch.r County in y.e pvince
       of Maryland aged 25 years or thereabouts on y.e holy Evangelist
       saith That sometime in June in y.e year of our Lord 1705
       or thereabout coming to y.e house of M.r John Rye this Dept
       was desired to be an Evidence to a Conveyance of Bath &
       Addition to Bath lying in Dorc.r County made & executed to
       Cha Rye of Calv.t County by John Rye his Father of Dor.r County
x      w.ch s.d Deed this Dep.t seex Jn Rye sign seal & deliv.r for y.e
did   use of his son Cha Rye  And y.t Roger Woolford did then sign as
wanting   an Evidence to y.e s.d Deed & farther saith not
                                           Jurat Coram Me   Henry Ennalls

       The Deposit of Reg.r Woolford aged about 33 years on y.e
       holy Evangelist saith That sometime in June in y.e year
       of our Lord 1705 or thereabouts coming to M.r John Ryes
       house this Dept was desired to be an Evidence to a deed
       of saile to his son Cha Rye wherein was mention'd two
       tracts of Land viz.t Bath & Addition Bath lying in Dor.r County
       w.ch s.d Deed this Dept see Jn Rye sign seal & deliver for y.e
       use of his Cha Rye & Peter Taylor did then sign as an
       Evidence to y.e afores.d Deed  And further this Dept saith not to
       y.e best of my knowledg

          The Deposit of Walt.r Campbell aged 40 or thereabouts being
       sworn saith y.t sometime in July or thereabouts in y.e year 1705
       did Receive a Lett.r from a certain John Rye desiring y.e s.d
       Dep.t to meet Cap.t Hen.r Ennalls at y.e house of y.e s.d John Rye for
       he had disposed of his Land to his son & before yo.r Dep.t &
       Hen.r Ennalls he would have y.e s.d Land acknowledged & further
       saith not
