(504) Jn.o Gladston ag.t Decree in the Court of Chancery for y.e Compl.t Jn.o Stevens & Wife Ex.rs of Tho.s Cook Whereas heretofore y.t is to say upon the 14.th Day of December Anno Then p.rsent in Dni 1698 Jn.o Gladstone of Dorchester County hath Exhibited his Bill in this Court his Exncy Gov.r Court to be Relieved in and to recover by Equity fifteen hundred Thirty three Blakiston Coll.o Jn.o pounds of Tobb.o due by the Hole of one Thomas Cook to the said Gladstone Hammond & Robert from Jn.o Stevens and Anne his Wife Ex.rs of the said Cook dec.d as by the said Smith Esq.r Bill filed in the Chancery Office doth appear The s.d Court upon hearing Justices of y.e s.d Court the s.d Bill & the Defdts answer with other matters & the Councils pleading on both sides doth Order & Decree this 10.th Day of July Anno Dni 1701 That the s.d Complt Gladstone shall be Relieved pursuant to his prayer in his Bill and recover out of the Estate of the aboves.d Thomas Cook dec.d all the afd Debt and also his Cost of suit being fifteen hundred Thirty Three pounds
