       Charles Hollingsworth Aged Sixty Years of Thereabouts upon his
       Test Declareth That that bounded White oak Tree which was
       fallen downe y.e Bank to the best of his knowledge was the first
       bounded Tree of a Tract of Land called Maiden Poynt  And that
       he y.e said Hollingsworth bounded the s.d Tree w.th his Own hands
       If it were not the said Tree it stood verry Neare to y.e Place
       where the said bounded Tree doth Lye  And farther he
       Declareth Not



                            October y.e 4.th day 1698

       Richard Rattcliff Aged Thirty Seaven Yeares or thereaboutes upon
       his Test Declareth that he with M.r Sam.ll Withers And y.e Survey.r
       w.ch was one of the Hemslyes his Name he did Not know readilly
       Came to y.e Tree w.ch was fallen und.r y.e Bank  And did Declare that
       That bounded White Oak was standing when he was at y.e Runing
       Out of the said Land with the psons Abovesaid w.ch was above
       Two Yeares Agoe  And did show us Another bounded Tree w.ch hee
       said they run to but Whether y.e Bounded Trees of Maiden Point
       or Not he knew not  And further he Declareth Not
