                Then was sworn as Evidence for y.e Compl.t Coll Francis
                Hutchins  And upon hearing of y.e whole Matter

       It is y.e Opinion of Coll Hen.r Jowles y.e Keeper or Chancell.r That
       y.e Compl.t is in this Court relievable only for five hundred Acres of
       y.e thousand in y.e bill mentioned but y.e other two Justices Dorsey &
       Young are of opinion That y.e s.d Compl.t is relievable for y.e whole
       thousand aforesaid  And y.e s.d thousand acres is decreed accordingly to
       y.e s.d Compl.t  see y.e Compl.t bill of Cost at y.e foot of this page
