       County y.e tenth day of August last pas't  And Whereas
       our s.d C.rt of Chancery holden at Annapolis aforesaid this
       tenth day of March (Anno Dom 1697/8) hath dissmissed
       this Cause between s.d Compl.t & s.d Deft untill this day continued
       We do therefore Comand you y.e s.d sheriff y.t you
       do forthwith upon sight hereof satisfie & pay to y.e s.d Abraham
       Lemaistre Deft as aforesaid all y.e tobacco for w.ch
       y.e afd Compl.t was executed at y.e suit of this Deft in y.e
       provinciall Court of this province Hereof fail not at
       yo.r peril   Witness ourself at Annapolis aforesaid
       this tenth day of March in y.e tenth year of our Reign
