       before M.r Tho Robins one of his Maj.ties Justices of
       Talbot County & did declare upon y.e holy Evangelists y.t
       what is above express't in y.e abovesaid Deposition is y.e truth & y.e

       This day came John Richardson aged sixty seven years or
       thereabouts before Me John Brinklow one of his Maj.ties Justices
       of y.e Quorum for y.e County of Kent in y.e Territories of Pensilvania
       & being legally sworn before Me this twenty ninth
       day of October 1695 & upon his oath saith y.t when your
       Depon.t sold part of a tract of Land called Westmorland unto
       Timothy Gutteridg near y.e head of a branch runing out
       of Treadavon Creek & y.e bounded tree stood by y.e branch side
       upon a point over against where George Allumby lived & y.e
       s.d Timothy Goodridg cut down y.e bounded tree  And farther
       saith not

          Sworn before Me y.e day & year above writen being y.e
          seventh year of y.e Reign of King William over England
          & y.e thirteenth year of William Pen's Goverment
          Witness my hand & County seal
