       Memorand.m y.t y.e Spa by w.ch John White Tho.s Taney & John Snuggs
       of Calvert County were sumond to appear here in C.rt to testify y.e truth of
       their knowledg in y.e s.d Cause was Returned sumoned but y.e s.d persons
       did not any one of them appear

                         But upon debate of y.e attorneys for both pties It was ordered
                         by y.e Court y.t y.e plt shall within 20 dayes give security for
                         Injunct & issue y.e s.d Writt of Injunct & Spa forthwith &
                         file his bill of Complt before y.e next Court upon failure
                         whereof y.e Writt now brought by y.e s.d plt ag.st y.e Deft shall be
                         Null & void & y.e plt remanded to the Custody of y.e sheriff
                         Who released him

       y.t his said Petition is granted & no Order to his Releasment from Execution
       ordered y.e attorney Gen.ll to draw y.e s.d Stevens's bill of Complt ag.st Spicer
       & to give Titling to y.e Regist.r of this Court of Chanc.ry to issue forthwith Spa
       & Injunct for y.e Pet.r ag.st Spicer afd & accordingly  The Att.ny Gen.ll proceeded
       to file y.e bill by y.e 2.d of March & gave Titling to y.e Regist.r Who thereupon
       issued Spa & Injunct & entered y.e Cause in y.e Docquet for the
       next Court
