       Upon Opening of the Matter this present day unto this Court by the Defts
       Attorney  It was alleadged that upon the twelfth day of February in the
       yeare of Our Lord 1679  The Comp.lt did Exhibit his Bill into this Court ag.t
       the said Deft to be Releived touching the Redmption of Seaverall goods Cattle
       and Chattles by him the said Comp.lt made over to the Deft for the Security of
       certaine sumes of tobacco due to be payd to the said Deft by the said Comp.lt as also
       for the Redemption of certain Lands in the bill mentioned Lyeing in Calvert County
       Containing Eleaven hundred Acres more or Lesse & to have the Deft come
       a Just and faire Accompt with him the said Complaynant and accept what
       was the Just due and Recovery the rest to the Complaynant  But before the
       Deft put in his answere to the said Bill to wit the Nineteenth day of
       February 1679  The said partyes Complaynant and Deft had for the pacifieing
       Ordering and ending all Differences betweene them Mutually agreed & consented to
       Referre all the matters in difference betweene them to the Order Doome Judgment
       Award & finall Determination of Colonel Thomas Taillor Colonel Henry
       Darnall and Thomas Trueman gentl  To heare and finally Determine the
       matters in Difference betweene the said partyes and to be Armed with
       Comission to take the Defts answere & Examine Witnesses  And what order
