       Place aforesaid Where before them aswell the said Joseph Tilley
       p.lt as Christopher Rousby Esq.r and Thomas Bland gentl his
       Attornyes as also the said George Parker deft and Rob.t Carvile
       & Robert Ridgely his Attornyes and then and there a Coppy of
       the Comp.lts bill being produced before them they did Receive the
       Defts answere thereunto hee being thereunto duely sworne as
       aforesaid  And Upon Readeing of the said Comp.lts bill and Defts
       Answere the same appeared to bee as before is sett forth & Recited
       Whereupon and Upon Reading the said bill Answere & account
       to the said Answere annexed Every Article whereof was
       pticularly Read to the said Comp.lt and his Attornyes & hearing
       what they had to object against the said account and Upon due
       Examinacon of such Witnesses as were produced before them aswell
       on the part of the Comp.lt as of the said Deft upon such Interogato.rys
       as were produced before them and were w.th the said bill & answere to the
       said Report ord.r and Award doome and Judgm.t of the said
       Comission.rs annexed and haveing seriously and Deliberately Considered
       of all and singuler the matters and things to them by the ord.r
       aforesaid Referred and of the defts Demands for Tenn thousand
       pounds of Tobacco by him alleadged to bee Laid out & Expended in
       Clearing building and Fenceing upon the said Land called Clayhamond
       & of his Damages sustained for want of his Tobacco Expended Laid
       out Lent and Disbursed as aforesaid and of the Charges of the
       proffitts Received by the said deft of the Land aforesaid  And
       heareing what Could bee Alleadged on both sides they were all
       Cleerely satisfyed that the said Account Exhibited by the said deft
       and to the said answere annexed amounting to the said sume of
       Thirty thousand six hundred & seaven pounds of Tobacco was a
       faire Just and honest account save onely that they thought fitt to
       abate and deduct out of the sume of Eleaven hundred Twenty &
       six pounds of Tobacco Soe that upon a Just and true account the
       said Comp.lt stood truely indebted to the said Deft for his Princip.ll
       Debt w.thout Damages or Costs the sume of Twenty nine thousand
       foure hundred eighty and one pounds of Tobacco for security of
