       upon oath upon and Concerning the Truth of the said Comp.lts bill
       and Defts answ.r and upon and Concerning the p.rmisses therein

       them or any Two of them the said partyes Comp.lt and deft &
       theire Attornyes and and haveing seeme Read heard & Examined the
       matters upon the said Bill and answere & the Deposicons before
       them taken and all the Writeings Reasons & allegations on
       both sides they or any Two of them should by all manner of
       wayes and meanes by w.ch the Truth of the matters might bee
       the better found out and Discovered heare and finally Determine
       the matters aforesaid and all other the matters in difference betweene
       the said P.lt and def.t and that they should Certifie the said
       Court of theire Whole proceedings Und.r theire hands & seales the
       Eleaventh day of May then next Wheresoever Itt should then
       bee together w.th the writt and the Coppy of the bill answere &
       Defts Deposicons aforesaid By vertue of w.ch ord.r and Comission
       the said Thomas Taylor Henry Darnall and Thomas Truman did appointe
       to Execute the said Comission at the house of M.r Thomas Bankes in
       Petuxent in Calvert County upon Thursday being the sixth day of May
       in the yeare of our Lord One Thousand six hundred and Eighty &
       Due notice being given to both ptyes Comp.lt and Deft they did then &
       there w.th theire Attorneys and Witnesses and the said Comission.rs
       appeare and attend accordingly and the said Comission.rs Did upon the
       said sixth day of May & upon the seaventh and Eight dayes
       of the same Moneth Meete and Adjourne from time to time about the
       Execution of the said Comission and about the hearing and
       finally determineing the matters and Differences aforesaid and did
       Upon the said Eleaventh day of May aforesaid make Returne of
       the said Comission That the Execution of the said Comission
       appeared by a Certaine schedule to the same annexed and
