       of the p.rmisses by the deft out of y.e Mortgaged p.rmisses or for his the said
       Defts Interest and forbearance of the Tobacco by him Lent Laid out
       paid and Expended for the Comp.lt or should appeare to bee any
       wayes due from the said Comp.lt To the said Def.ts and the said
       Referrees were to bee Armed w.th a Comission Not onely to take the
       Answere of the said deft to the said bill but were to Examine such
       Witnesses as should bee produced before them by Either ptyes
       Upon such Questions or Interogatoryes as should bee pduced before
       them or to the said Refferees should bee found fitt & Convenient
       for the better Cleareing and Discovery of the truth of y.e p.rmisses
       and Clearing the accounts in Question  That thereupon the said
       Referrees haveing pused the said Comp.lts bill and Defts answ.r &
       the Examination of y.e Witnesses before them taken and upon
       pusall of the said Comp.lts and defts accounts & all Writeings
       Papers Evidences before them Produced by either pty and upon due
       Consid.racon of the same and upon hearing the Allegations on either side
       The said Refferres might doe therein what to them in Justice and
       Conscience should seeme Meete  And if it should appeare that the
       said deft should bee any way indebted to the said Comp.lt upon the
       account as aforesaid  Then the said Deft was thereby Ordered and
       Decreed to pay the same to the said Comp.lt by such day or time as the said
       Refferrees should in theire Discression think fitt and Convenient and
       Deliv.r up unto him all such Deeds Writeings bills bonds & accounts as
       to the said Refferrees should seeme Expedient and to Give the said
       Comp.lt such Releases and Discharges off and From the seaverall Mortgages
       Recconings debts and Accounts betweene them as the said Refferees
       should adjudge Needfull and if It should appeare that the said
       Comp.lt was indebted to the said Deft upon the account aforesaid then
       the said Comp.lt was Likewise thereby further ordered and Decreed to
       pay the same to the said Deft by a time by the said Audito.rs to bee
       Limitted and apointed and if the said Comp.lt should pay the same
       by such time by them to bee Limitted  Then the said Deft was
       thereby Devised to deliv.r up unto the said Comp.lt all the seav.ll Deeds of
       Mortgage and other the Writeings in the Pleadings menconed
