       Afterwards and before the said deft Could put in his answere to the
       said bill To witt)  Upon the Nineteenth day of the said Moneth of
       February Att a Court of Chanc.ry then held att the Citty of S.t Maryes
       Itt was Informed the said Court That Whereas the Comp.lts did y.t p.rsent
       Court Exhibitt his bill of Comp.lt ag.t the said Deft to bee Releived
       Touching the Matters and things therein Contained To w.ch the s.d deft
       had beene served w.th processe to answere but before the said deft
       had put in his answere to the said bill of Comp.lt the said ptyes
       Comp.lt and Deft had for the pacifying ordering and Ending the said
       suite and all other suites variances strifes Debates & Controversies
       thentofore had Moved and stirred or w.ch then after might happen or bee
       Occasioned To happen to bee had moved and stirred by or betweene the
       said ptyes p.lt or deft for Touching or Concerning any the matters or
       things in the said bill of Complaint Contained or for touching or
       Concerning any other matter Cause or thing whatsoever Mutually
       agreed and Consented to Referre all the said Matters in Difference to
       such pson or psons as this Court should Nominate and appointe to
       heare and finally to Determine the matters and Differences aforesaid
       soe as such the Report ord.r Judgm.t and finall Determination of
       such Referree or Referrees from this Court might bee finall and
       Conclusive to Either party and bee Rattified and Confirmed by the
       Decree of this Court w.thout further motion or appeale from the same or
       Repeale thereof  Itt was therefore the same day Ordered by and w.th
       the Consent of the said partyes Comp.lt and Deft and there Attornyes
       then p.rsent in Court That the said Matters in Difference in the said Comp.lts
       bee menconed and all other Matters and Controversies betweene the
       said partyes Comp.lt and Deft should bee Referred and was thereby referred
       to the ord.r Doome Judgm.t Award and finall Determinacon of the
       Hono.ble Thomas Taillor Esq.r Henry Darnall Esq.r and Thomas Truman
       gentl To heare and finally to determine the matters in Difference betweene
       the said ptyes & that they should inspect Examine and state all manner
       of Accounts that should bee produced before them by Either ptie and y.t
       they should make all Just allowances and Disbursments for or by
       Reason of the p.rmisses in the said Comp.lts bill mentioned or any Receipts
       payments or disbursements by either pty touching the same and all Costs
       charges and Damages touching the same aswell by pcepcon of proffits
