AN ACT concerning
State Board of Examiners for Hearing Aid Dealers - Discipline
FOR the purpose of providing that a registered hearing aid dealer
may have his certificate revoked or suspended for a fixed
period of time if the hearing aid dealer has performed
certain unfair or deceptive trade practices; requiring the
Division of Consumer Protection to forward all complaints
against hearing aid specialists to the Board; and generally
relating to discipline of hearing aid dealers.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 56 - Licenses
521.
Any person registered under this subtitle may have his
certificate revoked or suspended for a fixed period by the Board
for any of the following causes:
(1) Conviction of an offense involving moral
turpitude. The record of conviction, or a certified copy thereof
