SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) l-201(dd) of Article 40A - Maryland
Public Ethics Law, of the Annotated Code of Maryland be
renumbered to be Section(s) l-201(gg).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
Article 40A - Maryland Public Ethics Law
1-201.
(DD) "SCHOOL BOARD" MEANS THE LOCAL BOARD OF EDUCATION OF
ANY COUNTY OR, IN BALTIMORE CITY, THE BOARD OF SCHOOL
COMMISSIONERS.
(EE) "SCHOOL OFFICIAL" MEANS EACH MEMBER OF A SCHOOL BOARD
AND THOSE OF ITS OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES DESIGNATED AS SUCH BY
THAT BOARD.
(FF) "SCHOOL SYSTEM" MEANS THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM UNDER THE
AUTHORITY OF ANY SCHOOL BOARD.
(HH) "SUPERINTENDENT" MEANS ANY PERSON DESIGNATED AS SUCH
IN SECTION 1-101(E) OF THE EDUCATION ARTICLE.
6-202.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in Baltimore
County the following officials shall be treated as local
officials for the purpose of any financial disclosure
requirements enacted by the Baltimore County Council:
(1) Executive director and members of the revenue
authority; AND
