(2)   [President and members of the Board of Education
of Baltimore County; (3)  Superintendent of schools of Baltimore County; (4)] Paid and unpaid members of boards of all State
agencies funded in whole or in part by Baltimore County; PROVIDED
HOWEVER THAT THE BOARD OF EDUCATION SHALL BE SUBJECT TO TITLE 6A
OF THIS ARTICLE. TITLE 6A. SCHOOL OFFICIALS 6A-101. (A)  THIS SECTION GOVERNS CONFLICT OF INTEREST PROVISIONS
FOR SCHOOL OFFICIALS. (B)  THE PROVISIONS ADOPTED UNDER SECTION 6-101 OF THIS
ARTICLE BY ANY COUNTY OR THE CITY OF BALTIMORE SHALL APPLY AFTER
DECEMBER 31, 1983, TO THE MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE SCHOOL
BOARD OF THAT COUNTY OR CITY UNLESS THAT BOARD ADOPTS, AS
PROVIDED IN SUBSECTION (C) OF THIS SECTION, CONFLICT OF INTEREST
REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THOSE MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES. (C)  (1) EACH SCHOOL BOARD MAY ADOPT CONFLICT OF INTEREST
REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THAT BOARD
PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH. (2) THE REGULATIONS ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION,
EXCEPT AS MAY BE REQUIRED TO MAKE THEM RELEVANT TO THE PREVENTION
OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST IN THAT SCHOOL SYSTEM, SHALL BE SIMILAR
TO THE PROVISIONS OF TITLE 3 OF THIS ARTICLE. 6A-201. (A)  THIS SECTION GOVERNS THE FILING OF FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE
STATEMENTS BY MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES OF EACH SCHOOL BOARD. (B)  THE PROVISIONS ADOPTED UNDER SECTION 6-201 OF THIS
ARTICLE BY ANY COUNTY OR THE CITY OF BALTIMORE SHALL APPLY AFTER
DECEMBER 31, 1983, TO THE MEMBERS OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF THE CITY
OR COUNTY, THE SUPERINTENDENT, AND SUCH EMPLOYEES OF THAT BOARD
AS MAY BE DESIGNATED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNING BODY UNLESS THAT
BOARD ADOPTS, AS PROVIDED IN SUBSECTION (C) OF THIS SECTION,

TO THIS PARAGRAPH. (2) THE REGULATIONS ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION
SHALL: (I) APPLY TO MEMBERS OF THE BOARD AND
